Do you know the diagnosis of this tumour ?

No it is not what you are thinking.

In good old days it was called an "Adult Fibrosarcoma". But nowadays the classification of Soft Tissue Tumour changes like Fashion and Technology.

If you call this Fibrosarcoma you are outdated.

Many mesenchymal and non-mesenchymal tumours resemble Fibrosarcoma. 

Fibrosarcoma has been divided into various subtypes.

Monophasic Synovial Sarcoma is an important differential diagnosis.
