40 year old male with history of deafness.

There is a mucoid tumour in the external ear.

Cut surface has a mucoid - gelatinous appearance.

Similar lesion is present in the heart and there is spotty cutaneous pigmentation.

Spot diagnosis!

The lesion is composed of fusiform, polyhedral and stellate cells with elongated, round or oval nuclei in a mucinous stroma.
