A pregnant woman with vesiculobullous lesions on the trunk and limbs. Direct immunofluorescence (DIF) showed linear C3 deposition.  What is the diagnosis?


 

 

Subepidermal bullous lesion with prominent edema of the papillary dermis and collection of superficial inflammatory infiltrate.

 
 

Subepidermal bullous lesion with perivascular inflammatory infiltrate.

 
 

Further section of the subepidermal bullous lesion.

 
 

Some eosinophils together with lymphocytes and histiocytes in the dermis.
