Dermatopathology Quiz Case 179

20 year old female with an erythematous nodule on the head. The tumour cells are positive for CD79a, CD20, CD10 and TdT positive. CD2 and CD3 are negative.


   Image1  Low power: Diffuse dermal and subcutaneous monomorphous infiltrate. The lesion has a vague nodular pattern.
 
  Image2  High power:  Medium sized lymphoid cells with round to convoluted nuclei and inconspicuous nucleoli.
 
 Image3  High power: Collagen compartmentalization of the tumour cells.
 
 Image4  High power: Infiltrating atypical lymphoid cells.
 
 Image5  High power: Further section from another area.
