A 55 year old male with red nodule on the upper extremity. CD20 and CD79a and bcl-2 positive. The cells do not express CD5, CD10, cyclin-D1.



  Image 1 - Diffuse infiltrate in the deep dermis and extending into the subcutaneous fat.
 Image 2 - Residual reactive germinal centre within the diffuse infiltrate.
  Image3  - Arrows pointing to the cells showing prominent plasmacellular differentiation.
 . Image4 -  There are small mature lymphocytes together with medium sized lymphoid cells with indented nuclei and abundant cytoplasm.
 . Image5 - Sheets of neoplastic infiltrate (High power)
